The movie made to ‘reveal the criminal face of the Nepali politics’ is written jointly by Biplav Pratik and Nayan R Pandey. The movie was screened in various cities in the USA before the Censor Board in Nepal could approve it for release in Nepal. ‘Khagras’ was also nominated for best dialogue in NEFTA awards, 2014.The movie is made on the story of the killing of a school teacher by Maoist in Gorkha. The movie was released in theatre on May 17, 2013 with three other Nepali movies – ‘Use’, ‘Antaral’ and ‘Maya Diu Jhai Bho’.

The movie is made jointly under Chhabi Raj Films and Guna Films and is presented by Chhabi Raj Ojha. The movie features the music of Chetan Sapkota, lyrics of Kiran Kharel, action of Chandra Panta, choreography of Kabiraj Gahatraj, editing by Ananta Thapaliya, cinematography by Madan Kashyap Ghimire. The story of the movie is jointly written by Nawal Nepal and Chhabi Raj Ojha and script is written by Nawal Nepal. The movie was released on October 25, 2014 with ‘Stupid Man’.

After divorcing Rekha Thapa, Chhabi had to register Chhabi Raj Films as Rekha took Rekha Films with her. ‘Lazza’ is the third movie under the banner after ‘Hamesha’ and ‘Loafer’.
